Texas State Law (Chapter 176 of the Local Government Code) requires the filing of conflict of interest disclosure statements by certain individuals and businesses.

A copy of the new law applies to North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) Board Members and its Executive Officer, business and individuals who contract with the NTMWD, business and individuals that seek to contract with the NTMWD and agents who represent such businesses in their business dealings with the NTMWD.
