North Texas Municipal Water District partcipated in the 2024 TxSWANA Road-E-O, a competition that showcases skills and talents in operating machinery, driving trucks, and repairing equipment. The competition included professional drivers, mechanics, and heavy equipment operators from all over Texas, including several of our fleet and solid waste employees.

We are proud to share that Will Tomlinson earned first place in the Rubber Tire Loader event, Robert Quinonez took second place in the Landfill Mechanic Competition, and Antonio Pintea earned third in the Truck and Trailer competition.
