Mr. Boren is a Registered Professional Petroleum Landman and has been for over 15 years. Through his work, he’s gained a broad knowledge base of land acquisition, oil, gas and water pipeline acquisition and construction, and solving production issues across the eastern half of the United States. The responsibilities of a Petroleum Landman include targeting acreage through lease acquisition, preparing full abstract title runsheets, purchasing and implementing oil, gas and water pipeline construction, and increasing well site productivity through securing and overseeing power line easements and installation to improve well productivity.

This appointment is Mr. Boren’s first official Civic Leadership role, and he looks forward to serving our region.
