    Competitive sealed proposals for the North Texas Municipal Water District Bois d’Arc Lake Program – Raw Water Pipeline Project will be received at North Texas Municipal Water District, 505 East Brown Street, Wylie, TX. 75098. Proposals are to be turned in by 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on February 26th, 2019. Said procurement shall include Bid Package #3 for the Bois d’Arc Lake Raw Water Pipeline Project as described in the Bid Documents.

    Bid Package #3 – Construction Package includes but is not limited to all work, labor, equipment, personnel, and materials necessary to complete the requirements of the proposal documents including Pipeline Installation for the Bois d’Arc Lake Program Raw Water Pipeline, in accordance with the Bid Documents.

    Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) shall be addressed to Mr. David Burkhart, Garney Companies, Inc. Bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked “Price Proposal” and “Technical Proposal” with the project name “North Texas Municipal Water District Bois d’Arc Lake Program – Raw Water Pipeline Project – Bid Package #3”. Two copies of the Price Proposal must be submitted in two separate envelopes. Three copies of the Technical Proposal must be submitted in the same envelope. For further details refer to Specification Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders, Section 8 Submissions of Bids. Any bid proposal received after 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on February 26th, 2019, will be returned unopened.

    No bid proposal may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A bid may, however, be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids.

    A mandatory pre-Bid conference for all Bidders is scheduled for February 12th, 2019 at the Garney Companies, Inc. Leonard, TX offices, 361 County Road 4965, Leonard, TX 75452, Rm: Fannin Conference Room. Attendance to the mandatory pre-Bid conference is required and attendance is a pre-qualification for submitting a proposal. The Bidder’s key personnel are strongly encouraged to be in attendance. Any Bid proposal received from a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-Bid conference will be returned unopened.
