Zeke Campbell

Role
As the Director of Water Treatment & Conveyance, Zeke Campbell oversees all aspects of treatment and conveyance, which includes leading over 125 staff, the operations and maintenance of 7 water treatment plants, 700 miles of raw and treated water transmission pipelines, and 14 major pump stations; operating on an annual budget in excess of $190 million. The Regional Water System serves over 2 million residents in North Texas.
Experience & Background
Zeke has worked in the drinking water industry for more than 16 years. Before joining the District, he held senior-level roles in large water utilities in Texas and Colorado and served as a consultant for a large water and wastewater engineering firm. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi holding both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Biology. Zeke joined the District in 2019 as the Water Treatment System Manager. He is a licensed water operator in Texas (Class A).
