Keith Stephens is a retired telecommunications professional with a 32-year career at GTE/Verizon, where he provided telecommunications, Internet, and video services to both consumer and business customers across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Following his retirement, he channeled his experience into entrepreneurship, owning a small business in Wylie and serving as Business Manager for a small business in Sachse.
Mr. Stephens serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Philadelphia Perpetual Care Community Cemetery Association. His public service included time as a Wylie City Councilmember and Mayor Pro Tem. He also served as a Board Member of the Wylie Chamber of Commerce, the Plano Symphony Orchestra, an Advisory Board Member for the Denco Area 911 District, and an Advisory Board Member of the Wylie ISD Education Foundation.
