As the Assistant General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Jeanne Chipperfield oversees all aspects of the NTMWD operations for Finance, Accounting, Personnel and Policies.

Experience & Background

Jeanne joined NTMWD in December of 2021 bringing over twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of municipal finance. She possesses in-depth knowledge and is skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, cash and debt management, risk management, and procurement.
