Richard “Dick” Peasley is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, retiring in 1987 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of distinguished service. Following his military career, he brought his expertise in aviation to Bell Helicopter, where he served as an Experimental Test Pilot and V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft Program Manager until his retirement in 2007.
A graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Mr. Peasley remains an active and engaged member of the Frisco community. He has contributed his leadership and experience through service on the Frisco ISD Bond Committee and as an involved member of Frisco Lakes’ Veterans Club and Community Program Committee.
