Jack May is a dedicated lifelong public servant who retired from the City of Garland in 2010 after an impressive 40-year career managing water, wastewater, and facilities. His expertise and leadership contributed significantly to the city’s infrastructure and environmental stewardship.
A graduate of Dallas College – Richland Campus with an Associate’s Degree, Mr. May also holds certification as a water and wastewater operator. Mr. May remains active in professional and community organizations. His past service includes being the past president of the Garland Kiwanis Club. He is a Lifetime Member of the American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation and currently serves as Vice President of the John Bunker Sands Wetland Center
