Join us for a tree planting honoring former Plano City Manager, Tom Muehlenbeck, who brought Tree City USA to Plano in 1989. The keynote speaker will be Jan Davis, USDA Forest Service National Program Coordinator of Urban and Community Forestry. We will also host and education fair for children as we celebrate Plano’s 30th year as a Tree City USA.
