Join Garland’s Recycle Rangers for free family fun from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Residential Recycling Center, 1426 Commerce St. Enjoy food, games, a bounce house and more. Recycling Center tours will be given at noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m.

Winners of the Kindergarten through 5^th grade “Recycled Art Competition” will be announced at noon and all entries will be on display throughout the event.

This year’s celebration also includes armadillo races and toilet races.

Recycle these materials during the event: electronics, cooking oil, motor oil, metal, single-stream recycling, clothing, shoes, accessories, and eyeglasses.

Trash Off check-in begins at 8 a.m. at the Garland Fire Administration Building, 1500 State Highway 66.
