NTMWD WATER CONSERVATION AND WATER RESOURCE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANS PUBLIC COMMENT MEETING
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9, 2019 1:00 P.M.
The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is a state leader in promoting water conservation in partnership with the cities it serves. According to the 2017 State Water Plan, nearly one-quarter of future water supplies (through 2070) will come from conservation and reuse. As required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, NTMWD shall revise and submit its Water Conservation and Water Resource and Emergency Management Plans every 5 years.
A public comment meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1 :00 p.m. in the NTMWD Main Training Room at 505 E. Brown Street, Wylie, Texas, 75098 to discuss the revised plans.
