News Stream – March 2019 Edition

March 4 begins our annual maintenance to protect water quality year-round. This month’s edition of News Stream is full of information, available resources, and more to ensure our communities have the facts about the month-long temporary change in disinfectant.

We’ve also got photos from the NTMWD Board Meeting where they recognized Congressman Sam Johnson for his contribution to the successful permitting of the Bois d’Arc Lake project and securing future water supplies for the North Texas region.

Speaking of lakes, we announced the launch of BoisdArcLake.org, the official website where you can learn about the lake’s benefits and how it is key to meet the needs of our growing region. Plus, see construction photos and progress reports only available on BoisdArcLake.org.

We’ve got your WFAA Green Segment recap, John Bunker Sands Wetland Center Educator of the Year news, and more. Read the full News Stream on line or download a pdf version at the link below.
