News Stream – March 2020

The March edition of News Stream has all the latest updates from around the District. We have reminders and resources available for our annual temporary change in disinfect process which began this week and ends March 30. We have information about major financial assistance from the Texas Water Development (TWDB) for the new Sister Grove Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant design and construction. And, we highlight other ways we are managing costs. More good news as NTMWD was named the Area 5 Friend of Conservation Award winner by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB) and the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts (ATSWCD).

Plus, we have all the latest on how you can order your next UPlantIt box from Texas A&M AgriLife Water University to help make landscape design and planting easy, and more importantly, water efficient. There’s also resource links for the upcoming Fix A Leak Week – March 16 – 2o.

As always, we have a list of events, recent news and more from our Member Cities and Customers.
