In this month’s Bois d’Arc Lake newsletter, we feature highlights from a busy June which included receiving the prestigious CLIDE Award from the North Central Texas Council of Governments. The CLIDE Award, or Celebrating Leadership in Development Excellence, was given to the Bois d’Arc Lake project after thorough review from a jury of national experts in the fields of architecture, urban planning and development.

Other highlights from last month include, around the clock work to finish tunneling so crews can begin to lay the raw water pipeline, concrete pours for the reservoir’s spillway and raw water pump station, and beginning to plant native grassland cover crops in mitigation areas.
