Richardson residents have organized their own town hall for Wednesday to discuss ways the city can lower water costs for residents.

Many residents in cities and towns around Dallas have complained about abnormally high water bills they say they received last month. Several say their bills tripled or quadrupled from July to August even though they claim they didn’t increase their water usage that much.
