UNT students research on water and energy conservation

As the wholesale water provider for one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, we are focused on helping North Texans use water as efficiently as possible. That’s why we’re partnering with graduate students from the University of North Texas Department of Anthropology on a research project to better understand household water and energy use in some of the cities we serve. The information will help us with our public education efforts and our overall water conservation program.

The UNT anthropology graduate students need to conduct brief interviews with residents of Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper and Mesquite about their water and energy use practices. Want to participate? Check out the flyer below and contact their supervising instructor, Dr. Jamie Johnson, for more information and to take part in their research.
