Forney BBQ Cookoff and Festival (Forney)
This year’s cook-off will be headlined by country recording artist Jack Ingram and once again benefit both the Forney Food Pantry and Sharing the Love Foundation. The BBQ Cook-off will be sanctioned by the International Barbecue Cookers Association (IBCA) sanctioned event. Veterans Day Celebration (Forney)
In partnership with the Forney ISD Air Force JROTC, the City of Forney welcomes everyone to attend the Veterans Day Ceremony. The ceremony will offer performances of the National Anthem and TAPS by FISD students, along with a patriotic melody. Christmas In The Park (Forney)
The City of Forney is excited to announce that "Christmas in the Park”, the City’s premier FREE holiday event, is coming back to Forney Community Park on December 1st.
